Client mobile app

Titus Logistics serves more than 3,000 clients and runs its operation on its own warehouse management system, the Titus WMS. Until 2026 those clients followed their shipments through a webview app packaged as an Android APK and sideloaded outside Google Play. There was no iOS app.

• Replace the sideloaded APK with apps that install from the App Store and Google Play.
• Keep the Titus WMS as the single source of truth. The app reads and writes through the WMS API instead of holding its own copy of orders, shipments and balances.
• Serve clients in Arabic, English and Chinese, with balances and invoices in both USD and CNY.
• Deliver the whole replacement in a single quarter.

Live status on every order: Generated, Collected, Loaded, Arrived, Signed.

Shipment details

Cartons, CBM, weight, carrier, ETD and ETA, with photos of the shipment.

Freight cost estimator

Estimates built on Titus's historical rate data, so a client can price a shipment before booking it.

Balance and invoice history in USD and CNY.

WhatsApp to the account manager

One tap opens a WhatsApp chat with the client's assigned account manager.

A single Flutter codebase builds both the iOS and the Android app. The apps talk to a backend on Railway, which integrates with the existing Titus WMS over its API, so the WMS stays the source of truth for orders, shipments and balances. Push notifications fire on every status change, and the cost estimator draws on historical rate data.
